A few months ago, Matt Pryor and the Down Write acoustic tour made a stop at The Southgate House Revival. Might we submit to the jury, Matt is one of Aaron’s all time favorite artists. We laughed, we fan-girled out, and he played some of our favorite songs.
For his session, Matt treated us to an anthology of stripped-down versions of Overdue, Turn Out The Light, and Kind Of Go To Pieces from The Get Up kids album On A Wire, The New Amsterdams album Story Like A Scar, and his 2013 solo release Wrist Slitter, respectively.
